- The Stolen offers FREE shipping within the continental USA and uses secure packaging.

- Please contact us for shipping information for international orders.

- Handling time: 4 - 7 days, shipping speed: 3 - 6 business days.

- Hassle free order: you will be provided with a tracking number, so you will be able to monitor your package location.

- All shipments are insured and require a signature upon the delivery.

 

Custom Orders:

- The Stolen accepts custom orders as well; please feel free to contact us for more information.

 

Wholesale:

- The Stolen uses original design and high-quality materials only.

 

Payment Policy:

- The Stolen accepts PayPal and major debit/credit cards payments as well as gift cards.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- An order can be canceled within 12 hours after an order was placed.  We will fully refund you; no questions asked.

After 12 hours fees may apply.

 

Returns:

- The Stolen accepts free returns for any reasons within 14 days from a delivery date (With a use of our shipping labels. Does not apply to custom orders, for custom orders please see below). Full refund or an exchange will be issued within 7 to 14 business days from the day an item is received back.

 

Refund cases:

- an order was not delivered: tracking number shows as undelivered for more than 12 business days.

- an item is damaged: you can provide us with pictures of a clear damage.

Custom Portraits & Paintings

Shipping & Total Turnaround Time:

- Total turnaround time for custom orders is usually 22 - 60 days. That includes production, corrections, handling, and delivery.

Turnaround time may vary due to products being hand-made and custom, and may also be affected by the number of requested revisions and/or customer's confirmation waiting time. Please let us know if you need your painting by a specific date. 

The Stolen stands for the best product quality. We do not use any special products that can speed up the process and drying time but impact the painting quality and a painting lifetime. Our team artists work carefully to deliver the most precious results to you.

Final Payments:

- If the total invoice amount was split into 2 payments (50% prepaid only) the final invoice is due after the painting is confirmed by a customer prior to shipping or 14 days after the finished painting preview was submitted to a customer if no communication occurs.

Live Event Painting

Live Event Painting

Booking Deposit:

- As there is a limited availability a booking deposit is required. Please contact us for details.

- The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice amount.

 

Reservation Confirmation:

- We will contact you 14 days prior to the event to confirm your reservation and discuss the details of the event.

If the reservation is confirmed the rest of the total invoice amount will be due.

 

Venue Insurance:

- We do have commercial insurance for the venues. Please feel free to request it if needed.

 

Studio Details Finish Turnaround:

- If a painting is being finished in a studio after the event, the approximate turnaround is 22 - 75 days.

That includes production, corrections, handling, and delivery.

Turnaround time may vary due to products being hand-made and custom, and may also be affected by the number of requested revisions and/or customer's confirmation waiting time, as well as painting complexity.

All other corrections can be done with additional fees.

 

Payment Policy:

- The Stolen accepts PayPal and major debit/credit cards payments as well as gift cards.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- The reservation can be canceled within 12 hours after was booked. We will fully refund you; no questions asked.

After 12 hours the deposit becomes non-refundable.

- If cancellation occurs after total invoice amount was paid in full, additional to the deposit fees may apply.
